**DimeTime is a Web3 productivity app that offers rewards based on achievement.**

Smartphones have brought convenience and fun to our lives, but take a look at your day: do you find yourself subconsciously glancing at your smartphone as you eat and have conversations, study and work, or drive? Don't you feel like it's time for a digital detox?

DimeTime is a project that was started to recognize the value of focused time when we are doing something and not reacting to our smartphones. Users set a timer and while they focus, the Children of the Sun set sail in search of a Piece of Time, and when they're successful, the rewards they collect along the way give them an immediate sense of the value of that time.

Try DimeTime and digital detox for a more balanced digital life!

Note: DimeTime is currently under development, so contents in the Whitepaper could be changed in the future.

#### Synopsis

A world of chaos, devoid of all signs of life.

A ray of light flows through, creating shadows,

A clock tower formed from the intersection of light and shadow, and 'time' flowed from it.

A dazzling sun rose in the sky,

Green grass began to grow on the barren land.

Trees grew and forests sprang up,

and birds sang softly.

And finally, the Children of the Sun were born.

Their red eyes sparkled more beautifully than the warmth of the sun.

The Children of the Sun called the clock tower that had existed since time immemorial, before their birth, the “Tower of DimeTime”. It was said that its unique light could be seen anywhere in the world.

However, its light could not last forever.

Dilapidated Tower of DimeTime can no longer hold time and shatters.

In a world where time has stopped and the shadows of chaos have fallen, all living things have fallen asleep, but the will to light remained in the red eyes of the Children.

The Children of the Sun set out to restore the power of the clock tower.

# How to play

DimeTime is a productivity application that combines focus timer functionality with game-fi elements.

<figure><img src="https://1892373571-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F23WLU1HndpT39XZNANNH%2Fuploads%2F0JxiOCIsxJpT7hknLMgg%2FUserFlow.png?alt=media&amp;token=c2f33e03-4957-43da-b0d5-7a17e9e4a09c" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

1. On the timer setting screen, select the Tokibune you want to set sail, add in-app items, choose the category of time you want to focus on (study, walk, etc.), and set a target time to focus on.
2. Once the timer starts, Tokibune will set sail, collecting PoTs and DTCs stochastically every unit of time.
3. If successfully complete the voyage without using your smartphone for the set time, you can earn the rewards you have collected.
4. You can always check your usage history on the statistics screen, which aggregates your focused time and purpose over time.

# Tokibune

Tokibune is the game-fi element of DimeTime, where users sail around the ocean for a set amount of time to collect game currency.

#### Tokibune Basic Information

Tokibune has the concept of levels and durability.

Durability decreases with the amount of time you spend focused, and if it drops below 20%, you will no longer be able to set sail. Durability can be restored using PoT or certain in-app items.

Levels range from 1 to 20, and as you level up, the stats of your attributes increase.

#### Tokibune Attributes

* **Capacity** : The load is the maximum amount of PoT that can be earned in a single timer run. If the amount of PoT collected by the Children of the Sun at the end of the timer exceeds the load, the excess will not be earned.
* **Speed** : Speed affects the number of DTCs and PoTs that can be earned per timer run.
* **Stability** : The higher the resilience stat, the lower the durability reduction. Resilience limits the amount of reduction to a maximum of 30%.
* **Seaworthiness** : Seaworthiness is a hidden attribute that will be revealed in the official launch version and will be utilized for social features.

#### Tokibune Rarity

There are five grades of Tokibune: Common-Uncommon-Rare-Epic-Legendary.

Different grades have different base stats, different gains as you level up, and different amounts of time you can set at the maximum level.

<figure><img src="https://1892373571-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F23WLU1HndpT39XZNANNH%2Fuploads%2F0itwhkV7TiEKJC4rmr5c%2FNFT_RARITY.jpg?alt=media&amp;token=a0689ada-434a-45f3-acde-17229a7fa2b5" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Note: The detailed figures are subject to change by rebalancing.

#### Genesis Tokibune

Early contributors to the DimeTime community can earn the following Genesis Tokibune.

* Community Early Contributor: A cloud-shaped bottom design will be applied.
* Mint Participants: A clockwork bottom design will be applied.
* OASYX Collaboration Winners: OASYX flame bottom design will be applied.
* Others: A flame-shaped bottom design will be applied.

Genesis Tokibune corresponds to token IDs 1-9999 and is distinguished from regular Tokibune by its appearance through the bottom design.

# Play Mode

Play modes are divided into single-player and multiplayer.

#### Single-player Mode

Users are free to use the focus timer feature whenever they want.

#### Multi-player Mode

Multi-player mode is similar to a group mission where you and your friends focus for a set amount of time. There will be a variety of benefits, such as receiving buffs from your Tokibune friends and earning additional rewards if everyone in the group successfully completes the focus time.

Multiplayer mode is a social feature that will be added after the update, and is still in the planning stages, so details are subject to change.

# Daily Quest & Achievement System

The daily quests and achievements system are designed to help users form better habits of focus by providing motivation and a sense of accomplishment for reaching goals.

When you complete a daily quest or earn an achievement, you'll be rewarded with a trophy.

Note: This is currently in the planning stages and more details will be released at a later date.

# Booster System

The Booster System is a system for crafting items that can grant additional stats when a timer runs.

Users must have at least 2 Tokibune to craft a booster item, and once crafted, they are subject to a cooldown.

Booster items are created as NFTs that are burned when used, and users can either use them directly or trade them on the market.

Note: This is currently in the planning stages and more details will be released at a later date.

# Collection System

Each part of Tokibune comes in a variety of designs and colors. Depending on the Tokibune you own, we will reward you with items that you can use within the app when you complete a collection.

Note: This is currently in the planning stages and we will be releasing more details at a later date.

# Craft System

The craft system is a system that allows you to use craft items to increase the stats of Tokibune's four attributes (Capacity, Speed, Stability, and Seaworthiness).

There are only three ways to acquire craft items:

* Airdrop to Tokibune holders
* Purchase from the Marketplace
* Burning your Tokibune

Since Tokibunes cannot change their inherently determined rank (Common-Uncommon-Rare-Epic-Legendary), crafted items will be a very viable way to further increase the stats of your Tokibune.

Note: This is currently in the planning stages and we will be releasing more details at a later date.

# Tokenomics

<figure><img src="https://1892373571-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F23WLU1HndpT39XZNANNH%2Fuploads%2FDOyfahUuvhACGYg6Qcc6%2FBM.jpg?alt=media&amp;token=55fe7d41-89f2-44e7-a51b-7df62aef3767" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

In order to make DimeTime accessible to all users who want to develop the habit of focusing, we have divided the goods that make up the in-app economy into **PoT** and **DTC**.

First of all, after downloading and logging in to DimeTime, all users will receive one pre-minted Tokibune of the “Common” grade. This Tokibune has the same status as a normal game item, and can be used to earn PoT, which is in-app money, when the timer runs.&#x20;

Web3 users can earn DTC, a utility token, and PoT at the same time by connecting their wallet, equipping a specific item (Mizuiro Compass), and running a timer.

Tokibune received for free can be minted directly using DTC at the user's discretion at level 3, and can be owned as a digital asset.

# DTC

**DTC** is DimeTime's utility token and is the mainstay of the DimeTime economy. DTC can be earned through in-app activities and is primarily used to grow Tokibune. The total supply of DTC is 1,000,000,000.

#### Allocation

<figure><img src="https://1892373571-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F23WLU1HndpT39XZNANNH%2Fuploads%2FQmyRTvVjCGXRJZ428p0H%2FAllocation.jpg?alt=media&amp;token=2d88c286-2acc-4435-8430-7a91c55e5f9c" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

#### Utilities

* Tokibune Level-up: Spend PoT to level up the Tokibune.
* Unlock Item Slots: Spend to unlock item slots that are equipped to gain additional effects when a timer runs.
* Craft Booster Items: Spend to craft Booster Items.
* Marketplace: Spend in the Marketplace where you can trade Tokibune, Booster Items, Craft Items, etc. (Coming soon)

# PoT

**PoT** stands for "Piece of Time" and is DimeTime's in-game money. Like DTC, it can be earned through in-app activities and is used to purchase in-app items that are designed to make DimeTime fun for users who are not familiar with the WEB3 economic system.

#### Utilities

* Purchase an in-app item: You can purchase four in-app items that can be used to run the timer.

<table><thead><tr><th width="158.33333333333331">Item</th><th>Desription</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Wavy sack</td><td>A consumable in-app item that temporarily increases your capacity when the timer runs.</td></tr><tr><td>Muzuiro Compass</td><td>A consumable in-app item required to earn DTCs when the timer runs.</td></tr><tr><td>Map of Dawn</td><td>A consumable in-app item that grants a portion of the collected Pot when you fail to focus.</td></tr><tr><td>Shadow Hammer</td><td>A consumable in-app item used to repair Tokibune durability.</td></tr></tbody></table>

* Durability Repair: The amount of time you spend focusing during the timer will be used to repair your reduced durability.
* Purchase wallpaper: wallpaper is an item that can be used as a wallpaper when the timer is running and consists of a concept image and BGM.
* Tokibune Level-up: Used to level up Tokibune with DTCs.

# OAS

**OAS** is the native platform token of Oasys, the mainnet on which DimeTime is launched, and will be paired with DTC on DEX.

# Anti-cheating System

In order to build a fair economic system for DimeTime, we apply an algorithm that monitors user behavior to track abusing users and restrict their use of the service.

The user behavior pattern abnormality detection monitoring algorithm is designed to identify users with abnormal patterns by comprehensively analyzing the user's attention span, reward earnings, GPS data, and Tokibune stats.

The algorithm will be refined as data is accumulated, and will be able to defend against users who use fraudulent methods to disrupt the economic system.
